Detailed guide

Users

Workspace membership management for inviting, reviewing, and maintaining team access.

Users manages workspace access. It exists so the right people can work and the wrong people cannot.

Quick summary

  • Filter to inactive or role-specific users when auditing access.
  • Use reset password only for genuine access recovery, not as a replacement for role changes.

Put it into practice

  1. Start by filtering users by status or role so access review is focused and actionable.

InteractionsUsers page: use search, role filters, and status filters above the users table.
  2. Review user rows for account state and role assignment before taking action.

InteractionsUsers table: inspect role and status pills for each relevant row.
  3. Use New User when onboarding new members and assign least-privilege role at creation time.

InteractionsUsers page: click New User and complete identity plus role fields.
    Open workflow: Create User
  4. Use row-level admin actions to activate, deactivate, or reset password only after confirming user identity and issue type.

InteractionsUsers table row actions: choose activate/deactivate or reset password for the intended user.
    Open workflow: Reset Password Modal
  5. If access behavior still looks wrong, verify role design and assignment at the role-management layer.

InteractionsAfter user action, open role configuration to validate permission bundle alignment.
    Open workflow: Roles
