Quick summary
- Accept a quote to approve it.
- Ask a question via a note before accepting.
- Download a PDF copy of the quote.
The client-facing quote review screen where a client can read, comment on, accept, and download a shared quote.
This is where a quote turns into a commitment. A client accepting here is the signal that confirms the quote for delivery and billing, so the accept action is deliberately prominent and explained.
Shows 'Quote #[ID]', the Project, the Status, 'Signed in as [email]', any 'Document link expires' / 'Session expires' times, and a 'Back to Documents' link.
See guide: Client DocumentsFor draft/sent quotes a green card reads 'Ready to approve?' with 'Accepting confirms this quote for delivery and billing.' and a '✓ Accept Quote' button.
A note textarea (placeholder 'Add any questions or requested adjustments'), a 'Submit Note' button, and a list of previous notes with author email and timestamp ('No notes yet.' when empty).
An embedded preview of the quote with 'Open in new tab' and 'Download PDF' actions.
